Hala Monsour, M.Ed., Founder and CEO of EduTrain Solutions, LLC, an Education and Training Design and Services Company, has a Master of Education in Adult Education Degree from Jones International University, as well as an Undergraduate Degree in Business Management.

She has served honorably as a United States Marine, and upon Discharge in 2006, has continued to spearhead the Department of Defense and other Government Agencies in securing career paths to open doors for business opportunities in the process.

Ms. Monsour is of a Middle Eastern background, a Lebanese conversationalist, and a dynamic translator for the Arabic Language. Hala Monsour has worked under different leaderships in the Marine Corps in support of OIF II efforts both linguistically and culturally. She has since, established EduTrain Solutions to  meet, justly, the core needs for organizations that place education and training in the forefront. Ms. Monsour, has extensive military experience, spanning over 10 years as the continued demands grow and expand to address Global War on Terror Issues. Currently, Hala Monsour leads several individual contracts in technical writing to government agencies as well as the subsidiaries therein.

Ms. Monsour has relevant experience in culture and language backgrounds spanning over several regions of the world. The portfolio of the CEO has expansive knowledge base in technical writing, and addressing the current in-demand needs for distance learning curriculum development.
